Hello, I've been the SENDCO at Manor Wood Primary for about 13 years, and I'm deeply passionate about neurodiversity and celebrating individual differences. As a neurodivergent person with a late dyslexia diagnosis, I understand first -hand the importance of recognising differences and providing the right support and understanding. The most rewarding aspect of my role is collaborating with our incredible staff team who make such a difference to our pupils’ school life, and seeing our amazing pupils consistently demonstrate their extraordinary potential when given the right environment to thrive.
