Based on staff feedback and collaboration, the school has adopted three core values for both staff and children:

Peer generosity, Everyone a Learner, and Team Comes First.

These values aim to foster a culture of mutual support, continuous growth, and collective responsibility. Generosity encourages proactive kindness and sharing. Everyone a Learner promotes a growth mindset where feedback is seen as a gift for improvement. The Team Comes First emphasises unity and prioritising the school's shared goals over individual ones.

These values apply to every member of our school community - both staff and children.
