MFL - Spanish at Manor Wood
At Manor Wood Primary School, we endeavour to teach our children to celebrate and welcome differences in our world. We believe that it is important that they have a clear appreciation and understanding of different languages and countries. The core language taught in Key Stage Two is Spanish however we strive to provide children with opportunities to experience a range of ither language too. Our core planning is based upon the ‘La Jolie Ronde’ scheme of work that covers all areas of the Programme of Study within England. It is our intent is to provide our children with high-quality education in Modern Foreign Languages (MFL), spark the curiosity in learning other languages in a way that is enjoyable and stimulating and open the door to new possibilities & opportunities through MFL.
