Woodfer's World
Woodfer’s World is a fantastic teaching resource, which is aimed at primary school children. We teach it in KS1 to all of our children in our 'Carr'-munity assembies.
It has been designed to be a core part of a school’s work to promote inclusion, supporting teachers to create a truly inclusive environment, where everyone feels they belong and children are at less risk of bullying. All the stories have accompanying resources to download, including handouts, reflective questions, and workshop materials.
Not only does Woodfer's World promote Autism Awareness, it also promotes general acceptance of children's different needs in a large, diverse primary school.
